The Royal Grandma -Old Woman Just Thinking in Oklahoma

I am going to be featuring little articles from my grandmother from time to time on my blog. She doesn’t have internet so she writes everything out in letters and mails them to me. Some will be just funny stories and some may even be those old household tips. So keep your eye out for stories from “The Royal Grandma”.

The first story actually comes from “The Royal Grandmother’s friend. She titled it “Old Woman Just Thinking in Oklahoma”.

I was thinking today about Mr. Ersland who I saw on TV, accused of murder.He was at work just trying to make a living when in burst robbers,fear had to have filled his mind for he was facing death. He had a chance to fight back so he did.When one fears for their life one might go to extremes. He had no plan that day to kill anyone but the robbers had plans.Just think if you were placed in his shoes,robbers bursting into your home or business, and you feared for your life and you had a chance to fight back. You might just empty all the bullets in your gun.

That day caused Mr. Ersland much pain and anguish. It ruined him financially.It just doesn’t seem fair. Does no one care about this man? there are criminals out there making plans every day.This old woman is thinking, is there any where safe? The mall,the grocery store,parks,homes,business’,going for a walk or a drive? I am sorry to say that I cannot think of any place safe. Robbers do not seem to have any real fear of the law.I know this because they are becoming worse and we are becoming more afraid. I am really concerened about my 19 great grandchildren. The big time drug dealers are going after our children at a younger and younger age. I hope some day Oklahoma says enough is enough. Most of the drug addicts and robbers are branches of an evil root which is the big time criminals at the top. our prisons are full of the branches. I hope Oklahoma goes for the root even if they have to call out the National Guard before we are all buried in the branches.

Ina aka The Royal Grandma is 70 years old and still kicking.She loves spending time with her grandkids and in the word of God.She loves to watch Abbot & Costello and is very artistic.
